BARRIQUE are the wooden barrels used to age wine. In fact, it’s a brand name my husband who worked as a designer created when he went independent.

The BARRIQUE store is located on the first floor of the Dojunkai Apartments in Omotesando, and I am the store manager and press. Overseas artists often visit the store, and I have even been asked to outfit a famous artist for their Tokyo performance.

BARRIQUE TOKYO expresses Omotesando and Tokyo "iki" (style), and my desire to make it more international.
