How long does it take to receive the order after confirmation of payment?: We will ship your order within 5 business days after your payment is completed. If you do not specify a delivery date, it will be the earliest possible delivery date. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday or later, as we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please understand this in advance.
Do you charge for shipping?: We charge a flat rate of 1,000 yen for shipping.
How to order: You can place your order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product page of your choice. Please note that for some products, inventory will be checked after your order is completed.
Order confirmation: After you place an order, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered. You can confirm the contents of your order there.
Are the products you handle cleaned?: All of the obi used in our products are cleaned.
However, in rare cases, there are stains that have not been completely removed.

Do you gift wrap?: Gift wrapping is available. Please indicate this in the remarks column when ordering.
How should I care for my purchase?: Some items are delicate obi, so please remove stains with a wet towel from soiled areas. When the entire item is soiled, please wash it by hand with a mild detergent in water and dry it in the shade for about 1 minute. Please also refer to this video.

Is there a place where I can actually hold the products in my hands?: There are places where you can see our products. Our main focus is on our online store, but we also have an exhibition and sales in Paris, France. We also hold pop-up stores in Tokyo on an irregular basis.
